Welcome to beyondcampus. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the beyondcampus website, programs and services (collectively, the “Services”). By enrolling in a program, using the website, or paying for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
Our Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years of age, or minors accessing the Services with verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian. By using the Services you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Account & enrolment
You may be required to submit accurate personal information (name, email, phone) to enrol in a program, use the AI Resume Lab or book a counselling session. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Fees, invoicing & taxes
All fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable Goods & Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise. You agree to pay the fees applicable to the program you enrol in, using the payment methods offered on our checkout page (processed by our payment gateway partner, Razorpay). A tax invoice will be issued to the email on record after successful payment.
4. Program delivery
Programs are delivered virtually through live cohort sessions, pre-recorded lessons, one-on-one calls, and collaborative tools. Session dates, mentors and curriculum details are shared before the cohort commences. beyondcampus reserves the right to substitute mentors, reschedule sessions or make reasonable curriculum changes to preserve program quality.
5. Acceptable use
You agree that you will not:
- share program content, recordings or proprietary material outside the cohort;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services, other users’ data, or our infrastructure;
- use the Services in a way that violates applicable law or the intellectual property of any third party.
6. Intellectual property
All content within the Services — including course material, videos, templates, code samples, brand marks and website copy — is owned by beyondcampus or its licensors, and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use this content for the duration of your enrolment.
7. Placement outcomes
beyondcampus supports learners with intros to hiring partners, mock interviews and mentor introductions. Except where a specific placement-linked refund is explicitly offered (e.g., our Ascend program), beyondcampus does not guarantee employment outcomes. Actual outcomes depend on your effort, skill, market conditions and hiring partner discretion.
8. Refunds & cancellations
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
9. Third-party services
The Services rely on third-party providers (for example, Razorpay for payments, cloud hosting, communication tools and analytics providers). Your use of those services may be subject to their respective terms and policies.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, beyondcampus, its directors, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the applicable program in the preceding twelve (12) months.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms, or if we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse or misuse. On termination, provisions that by their nature survive (including sections on intellectual property, limitation of liability and dispute resolution) will continue to apply.
12. Governing law & dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the email on record and by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
