We want you to feel confident about your investment with beyondcampus. This Refund Policy explains when you are eligible for a refund, how to request one, and how long refunds take to process. This Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. Cooling-off period
You may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days from the date of your payment, provided you have not consumed more than 20% of the program content (measured by attendance or module completion). No questions asked, no penalty.
2. Program-specific policies
- Starter — fully refundable within 7 days of payment, provided the 1:1 counselling session has not yet been conducted.
- Career Sprint — fully refundable within 7 days of payment or before the second live session (whichever is earlier). After the second session, a pro-rated refund is available based on the percentage of curriculum consumed.
- Ascend — in addition to the 7-day cooling-off period, this program includes a placement-linked refund: if you complete all program requirements and are not placed within 90 days of completion, you are eligible for a partial refund as specified in your enrolment agreement.
3. Non-refundable items
- Payment gateway or transaction fees, where non-recoverable from Razorpay.
- Applicable Goods & Services Tax (GST) that has already been remitted to the authorities.
- Programs after 100% of the content has been delivered.
4. How to request a refund
To request a refund, please submit a message via our Contact Us page with the subject “Refund request”. Include:
- the email used at checkout;
- the payment reference (from your receipt);
- the reason for the refund (optional but appreciated).
5. Processing time
Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank, the amount may reflect in your account within an additional 3–10 business days. Once a refund is initiated, we will share a payment reference for tracking.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Most concerns can be resolved directly and quickly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in restriction of your account.
